Our girl-led, girl-designed, and girl-centered indabas enable adolescent girls from our retreats to build power by applying their leadership skills, teaching, and inspiring their peers. These sessions create a ripple effect, spreading critical knowledge on self-awareness, leadership, and emotional intelligence to girls who may not have access to the retreats.
RCWG conducts school barazas to reach adolescent girls directly in their schools, providing them with essential knowledge on leadership and SRHR. These sessions create a safe platform for learning, building power, and fostering informed decision-making among young girls in their educational environments.
RCWG actively participates in the global 16 Days of Activism, building power in girls and women to challenge gender-based violence. Through creative protests, community dialogues, and awareness campaigns, we amplify voices and foster safe spaces for survivors and advocates.
